Terms and Conditions

Applied for any Trip Booking with Adventure Walkway

These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of the services provided by Adventure Walkway. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs, which constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company.

Booking and Payment: Bookings can be made through our website, email, or phone. A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required at the time of booking, with the balance due no later than 30 days prior to the start of the trek. If the booking is made less than 30 days before the start of the trek, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your trek, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the trek, the full amount is due and non-refundable.

Itinerary Changes: The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, government restrictions, and natural disasters. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements of equal or greater value.

Insurance: It is mandatory for all participants to have comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering trekking activities. The insurance should include coverage for evacuation in case of emergency.

Health and Fitness: Trekking in Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan can be physically demanding. Participants should be in good health and have a moderate level of fitness. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you should consult a doctor before booking.

Responsibility: The Company and its agents act only as agents for the participants in all matters relating to hotels, transportation, trekking, and other services. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property, or for any inconvenience, delay, or additional expenses incurred due to weather conditions, strikes, war, terrorism, or any other cause beyond our control.

Governing Law: These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
